Shipping Protection Service Coverage
Loss
Compensation Standard: The total amount actually paid for the order (excluding shipping fees).
A shipment will be considered lost if:
- For domestic shipments: not delivered within 30 days after shipment.
- For international shipments: not delivered within 60 days after shipment.
If the tracking status shows an abnormal shipping status, a claim may be submitted immediately.
If the shipment shows a “Delivered” scan but was not received, the claim must be filed within 7 days of the delivery date, and one of the following supporting documents may be required:
- Police report
- Security footage
- Carrier letter confirming loss
- Written documentation from an authorized third party
Damage
Compensation Standard: Determined based on the extent of damage, up to the total amount actually paid for the order (excluding shipping fees).
Report must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Required documentation:
- Clear photo(s) of the outer shipping package
- Clear photo(s) of the damaged product
Not covered:
- Pre-shipment product defects
- Damage caused by the customer
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
All claims are subject to final review and approval by Seel.
Delay
Compensation Standard: $5 cash per order (paid in the customer’s original currency where applicable).
A shipment will be considered delayed if:
- Domestic shipments: not delivered within 10 days after shipment.
- International shipments: not delivered within 30 days after shipment.
Delay claims must be submitted after the delay condition is met and within 90 days from the purchase date. Delay claims are automatically assessed based on tracking information. No additional documentation is required.
Submitting a delay claim does not affect eligibility for subsequent loss or damage claims, provided the applicable conditions are met.
Cancellation Policy
Within 24 hours: Use the cancellation link in your Seel confirmation email to receive a full refund.
After 24 hours: Contact our support team at support@mova-tech.com for a special refund request. If your order has already been shipped, Shipping Protection cannot be canceled.
Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
Refund Policy
- Protection is non-refundable.
- Once the shipment has been delivered, Shipping Protection is non-refundable.
- If a product is returned or refunded, the Shipping Protection fee will not be refunded.
Non-Covered Scenarios
Shipping Protection does not cover claims arising from:
- Address change requests made after shipment that fail or cannot be completed.
- Orders canceled at the customer’s request after shipment, where the shipment is intercepted and therefore becomes ineligible for claim.

Apply for a Claim
You can access the Seel Resolution Center to submit a claim request through:
- The tracking page
- The policy confirmation email was sent by Seel
Seel will process your application within 48 hours. If there is no response within that time, feel free to contact us at support@mova-tech.com.
All claims must be submitted and processed through Seel’s Resolution Center.
Payout Options
Seel supports payout through one of the following options:
- PayPal – Multi-currency supported; Processed within 1 hour after approval, funds arrive instantly
- Venmo – USD only; Processed within 1 hour after approval, funds arrive instantly
- Direct Deposit (ACH) – USD transfers via U.S. bank; arrives in 1–3 business days after approval
Liability Statement
Responsibility for Purchasing Shipping Protection:
Once you purchase Shipping Protection, eligible shipping-related risks (loss, damage, delay) will be handled by Seel in accordance with Seel’s official policy terms. We will assist by providing necessary shipment information, but the claims process is administered by Seel.
The Shipping Protection information displayed on this page (including coverage scope, claim rules, and exclusions) is provided by Seel, which is solely responsible for its authenticity and accuracy.
Your actual benefits are subject to the official terms and conditions of the Seel policy. In the event of discrepancies between promotional descriptions and final policy terms, the official policy terms shall govern.
Important Information
MOVA is not responsible for delivery delays due to natural or uncontrollable events. Any delays caused by the courier, including customs clearance, are also outside our control.
Risk and Loss: All orders are shipped under a shipment contract, meaning risk and title transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
If you purchase shipping insurance, you may file a claim through the Seel Resolution Center in case of any loss, damage, or delay during transit.
Claims Processing: MOVA reserves the right to limit or decline reshipment or refunds as necessary. Courtesy reshipments are not eligible for return or refund.
