1. Eligibility.

The promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who, at the time of participation, are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Additionally, participants must have a registered account on the Mova’s official website to enter this event. To be eligible to claim any prizes, participants must also have an active membership.

Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, fulfillment and advertising and promotion agencies, their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and those living in the same household of each such individual, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.

Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. 

2. Event Timeline:

- Submission & Voting Period: December 31, 2025 – February 28, 2026

- Winner Announcement: March 3, 2026

3. Prizes:

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or a component thereof) for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

4. How It Works:

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Entry Submission:

- Submit your pet’s photo using the form on the event page between Dec 31, 2025 – Feb 28, 2026

- All photo submissions must be of your own pet or you must obtain the approval to post the photos of any pet that does not belong to you. Photos must be of real pets; AI-generated images are not allowed.

- The pet cannot appear in distress, in any inappropriate or offensive setting/context, or engaged in any inappropriate or offensive activities, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

- Please ensure that the photo is sharp and in focus with a clean background, with no third party products, artwork, logos, names, photographs, or recognizable landmarks or locations in the photo.

Voting and Display:

- All valid entries will be displayed on the event page for public voting.

- 10 votes per person.

- Winners are determined based on the highest number of valid votes received.- In case of a tie, the entry submitted earlier will be ranked higher.

Participant Limitations:

- Participants must have a registered account on the Mova’s official website to enter this event.

- Each participant is limited to claiming one prize only.

- If a participant registers multiple email addresses or submits multiple entries using the same email, only the entry with the highest number of valid votes will be considered for prize ranking.

5. How to Claim Your Prize:

- To be eligible to claim any prizes, participants must have an active membership.

- Winners will be notified via email on or around March 3, 2026 and provided with instructions to claim their prize.

- Participants who have won the gold award can choose to exchange for the silver award prizes, while participants who have won the silver award are not eligible to exchange for the gold award prizes.

- To claim a prize, each winner must correctly answer a skill-testing question. The skill-testing question will be asked via email upon prize notification. If the winner cannot correctly answer the skill-testing question, they will forfeit their prize and an alternative winner will be selected.

- If a winner does not respond or fails to comply with the instructions in the prize notification within fourteen (14) days of the notification date, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries, with priority given to the entry with the next highest number of valid votes.

6. General Terms

- By submitting, you confirm that you own the rights to the photo and grant MOVA a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display your submission on the event page and on Mova’s official website for purposes of administering or promoting this event.- Participants represent and warrant that photos they submit do not infringe upon or violate any third party right.

- All entries are subject to review to ensure compliance with activity guidelines. Mova may disqualify entries or votes at its discretion, including but not limited to entries that:

• Violate or encourage any conduct that violates laws or regulations;
• Contain content that is hateful, violent, harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, infringing, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, harassing, humiliating, libelous, threatening, profane, or otherwise objectionable;
• Infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other personal or proprietary rights;
• Contain content you do not have the legal right to make available under any law, contractual, or fiduciary obligations; or
• Are fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive.

- Prizes are limited and will be awarded based on final ranking. Voting will end at 12:00 AM(PST) on March 3, 2026.

- Except as otherwise specified, prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash equivalent, except unless required by law or at Mova’s sole discretion.

- Mova reserves the right to modify or clarify these Official Rules as necessary to ensure fairness, integrity, and compliance with applicable laws.

- Mova reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest, in whole or in part if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Mova’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Contest.

- Information collected from you is subject to Mova’s Privacy Policy. Personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Contest and will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as necessary for prize fulfillment. By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your information for these purposes.

- All participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Mova, which are final and binding.

- All participants agree to release and hold harmless Mova and its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's shareholders, officers, directors, employees, members, assigns and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
