Movatech offers a 30 days free trial for all orders placed on our website. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with the product, we will email you a prepaid USPS shipping label that includes our warehouse address and you can return them for a full refund.

Movatech does not refund purchases from other retailers.

MOVA tech offers a standard three-year warranty for all machines, which includes repair, replacement, and continued support. However, certain models and accessories may not be covered.

Refunds are made back to the original form of payment.  It can take 1-2 billing cycles depending on payment used and the practices of the financial institution to see the funds credited back.
