You can obtain a MOVA Gift Card in two ways:

• Purchase – Buy it directly on our website using a valid payment method (credit/debit card, etc.).
• Promotional Gift Cards – Receive it as a promotional gift, forum reward, social media giveaway, free‑with‑purchase offer, limited‑time discount campaign, or any other incentive‑based activity.

It depends on how you got the card:

• Purchased Gift Cards (paid with real money): No expiration date. The balance never expires.
• Promotional Gift Cards (obtained through promotions, giveaways, forums, etc.): Valid for 60 days from the date they are issued to your account or email. After that, any unused balance will expire and cannot be restored, except where required by applicable law.

We do not charge any dormancy, inactivity, or service fees on any gift card.

You can check your balance at any time:

• Log in to your MOVA account→ Profile → View Account, then click Check Now at the Track Your Gift Card Balance.
• Or contact us at support@mova-tech.com – we'll be happy to assist.

• Simply enter your gift card code at checkout on the official MOVA US website (us.mova.tech).
• You can use the card for partial payment – if the purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the difference with another payment method.
• Multiple gift cards can be combined in one order.
• Gift cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards, prepaid cards, or stored‑value products.

Gift cards are redeemable for:

• MOVA products and accessories sold on our official MOVA US website.
• Other eligible accessories, parts, or consumables as determined by MOVA.

They cannot be used for:

• Other gift cards or prepaid cards.
• Products sold by third‑party platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, retail stores).
• Cash (except where required by law).
• Any items restricted by law or regulation.

Generally, no. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund.However, if your state law requires cash‑out for small remaining balances (e.g., below a certain threshold), MOVA will comply with those legal requirements.

• The refund will be credited back to your original gift card balance.
• If your gift card has expired by the time of the return, we may, at our discretion, issue a replacement card with a new validity period to process the refund.
• If you paid with both gift card and another method, the refund will be split proportionally.
• Note: Gift cards themselves are non‑returnable and non‑refundable.

You are responsible for keeping your card code and account secure.If you suspect loss or unauthorized use, contact us immediately at support@mova-tech.com.We will investigate, but we are not obligated to replace or refund cards that are lost, stolen, or used without authorization, except where required by law.

We may refuse, cancel, suspend, or review any gift card or transaction if we reasonably suspect:

• Fraud, forgery, or unlawful activity.
• System errors or incorrect issuance.
• Violation of these Terms or any applicable MOVA policy.
• Obtaining cards through unauthorized means or excessive abuse of promotions.

In such cases, we can deactivate the card, cancel orders, suspend your account, or block you from future participation.

• Purchased Gift Cards – Yes, you can usually combine them with other offers, unless a specific promotion says otherwise.
• Promotional Gift Cards – They may have additional restrictions (e.g., minimum purchase, product limits). Check the promotion details for specific rules.

Generally no. Unless expressly authorized by MOVA, reselling, transferring, or using a gift card for commercial purposes is prohibited.

Yes. If you intend to purchase gift cards in large quantities (e.g., for corporate gifts, employee rewards, promotional giveaways, or event swag bags), please contact our support team directly at support@mova-tech.com.Our team will assist you with:

• Bulk pricing and discounts (if available);
• Customized denominations or card designs (if offered);
• Specific terms and conditions applicable to bulk orders (e.g., validity periods, minimum order quantities, delivery timelines).

Important: Bulk orders are subject to separate terms agreed upon at the time of purchase. Standard website checkout is not available for bulk quantities — please reach out to us in advance so we can process your request properly.
