These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase, receipt, redemption, and use of MOVA Gift Cards ("Gift Card" or "Card") issued by Spacewalker Technology USA Inc. ("MOVA," "we," "us," or "our") . In addition to these Terms, the MOVA Website [Terms & Conditions and [Privacy Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Website Terms & Conditions, these Terms shall control with respect to Gift Cards. By purchasing, accepting, or using a MOVA Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase, accept, or use the Gift Card.
1. Scope and Definitions
These Terms apply to all MOVA Gift Cards, regardless of how they are obtained.
For purposes of these Terms:
(a) "Purchased Gift Card" means a Gift Card obtained by paying the face value (or a portion thereof) with a valid payment method (credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment instrument).
(b) "Promotional Gift Card" means a Gift Card issued without payment in connection with a promotional, marketing, customer engagement, loyalty, goodwill, or similar program, including but not limited to:
• Forum rewards or engagement activities;
• Social media contests, giveaways, or sharing campaigns;
• Promotional free-with-purchase offers;
• Limited-time website discount promotions;
• Customer appreciation incentives;
• Any other incentive, bonus, or promotional program offered by MOVA.
Promotional Gift Cards may be subject to additional terms, including expiration dates, redemption restrictions, eligible products, minimum purchase requirements, or other conditions communicated at the time of issuance or in the applicable promotional materials. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the applicable promotional terms, the promotional terms shall prevail with respect to the applicable Promotional Gift Card.
(c) "Gift Card" means both Purchased Gift Cards and Promotional Gift Cards, unless otherwise specified.
(d) "Gift Card Balance" means the available value associated with a Gift Card after it has been redeemed to a MOVA account, which may be used for eligible purchases in accordance with these Terms .
2. Issuance and Activation
• Gift Cards are issued electronically to your registered email address or directly credited to your MOVA account after your payment.
• Purchased Gift Cards are activated upon full payment confirmation.
• Promotional Gift Cards are activated upon fulfillment of the applicable promotion or activity terms.
• Gift Cards have no value until activated.
2.1 Bulk Orders and Corporate Purchases
If you wish to purchase Gift Cards in bulk quantities (e.g., for corporate gifting, employee recognition, promotional campaigns, or resale (where permitted)), you must contact MOVA directly at support@mova-tech.com prior to placing your order.
Bulk orders are subject to the following conditions:
￮ Minimum quantity requirements may apply and will be communicated at the time of inquiry.
￮ Pricing and discounts, if any, will be determined by MOVA in its sole discretion and confirmed in writing (via email or formal quote).
￮ Validity and expiration for bulk‑purchased Gift Cards may differ from standard retail terms. Any special validity periods, usage restrictions, or other specific conditions will be clearly stated in the quote or purchase agreement.
￮ Customization options (e.g., denominations, card designs, delivery formats) are subject to availability and may require additional processing time.
Bulk orders cannot be processed through the standard website checkout. All bulk orders must be arranged, confirmed, and invoiced through MOVA's support or sales team.
MOVA reserves the right to:
￮ Accept or reject any bulk order request at its sole discretion;
￮ Apply additional terms, including minimum purchase commitments, advance payment requirements, or restricted redemption periods;
￮ Modify or discontinue bulk order offerings at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
Any bulk order, once confirmed by both parties, shall be governed by these Terms and any supplementary written terms provided at the time of order confirmation. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the supplementary bulk order terms, the supplementary terms shall prevail with respect to that specific order.
3. Validity, Expiration, and Fees
(a) Purchased Gift Cards:
Purchased Gift Cards do not expire. The full balance remains available for use indefinitely, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
(b) Promotional Gift Cards:
Except where prohibited by applicable law, Promotional Gift Cards are valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issuance. The issuance date is the date the Card is credited to your account or sent to your email, as recorded in MOVA's system.
• Any unused balance on a Promotional Gift Card will expire automatically at 11:59 PM (local time of the applicable jurisdiction) on the 60th day after issuance.
• Expired balances cannot be reinstated, extended, or refunded, except where required by applicable law.
• The expiration date of any Promotional Gift Card will be clearly communicated at the time of issuance or displayed in your account.
(c) No Fees:
MOVA does not charge any dormancy fees, inactivity fees, service fees, or maintenance fees in connection with any Gift Card.
4. Redemption and Use
• Gift Cards can be redeemed only for eligible products on the official MOVA US website (us.mova.tech).
• To redeem, enter the Gift Card code at checkout or select the Card from your account balance.
• Gift Cards may be used for partial payments. Multiple Gift Cards can be combined in a single transaction on one MOVA Membership account, unless otherwise restricted.
• If a purchase exceeds the Gift Card Balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another accepted payment method.
• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards, prepaid cards, or any form of stored-value cards.
• Gift Cards cannot be applied to purchases made through third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, retail partners) unless expressly stated otherwise by MOVA.
• Unless otherwise expressly permitted by MOVA, once a Gift Card is redeemed to a MOVA account, the corresponding balance is associated with that account and may not be transferred to another MOVA account.
5. Applicable Products and Restrictions
Gift Cards may be redeemed toward the purchase of:
• MOVA products and accessories sold on the official MOVA US website;
• Eligible accessories, parts, and consumables as determined by MOVA in its sole discretion.
Gift Cards may NOT be redeemed for:
• Other Gift Cards, prepaid cards, or stored-value products;
• Products or services not sold directly by MOVA on the official US website;
• Cash (except as required by law);
• Any items restricted by applicable law or regulation.
MOVA reserves the right to modify the catalogue of eligible products at any time without prior notice.
6. Balance Inquiry
You may check your Gift Card Balance at any time:
• In your MOVA account dashboard under Profile, then click View account, and click Check Now to track your gift card balance ; or
• By contacting us at support@mova-tech.com.
MOVA's system records shall be the primary evidence of the Gift Card Balance, except in cases of manifest error or as otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Cash Redemption
• Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except as required by applicable law.
• Where required by applicable state law (e.g., certain states require cash redemption for remaining balances below a statutory threshold), MOVA will honor such cash-out requests in compliance with applicable law.
• Gift Cards are not legal tender, currency, or deposit accounts.
8. Combining with Other Offers
• Purchased Gift Cards may be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes, unless specifically excluded by the applicable promotion.
• Promotional Gift Cards may be subject to additional restrictions communicated at the time of the promotional activity (e.g., minimum purchase requirements, product category restrictions). The terms of the specific promotion will prevail.
9. Returns and Refunds
• If you return a product purchased with a Gift Card, the refund will be credited back to the original Gift Card Balance.
• If the original Gift Card has expired at the time of return, MOVA may, at its discretion, issue a replacement Card with a new validity period to facilitate the refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• If a product is purchased using both a Gift Card and another payment method, refunds will be allocated proportionally or as required by applicable law.
10. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Gift Card code and account access.
• If you suspect that your Gift Card has been lost, stolen, or used without your authorization, you should contact us immediately at support@mova-tech.com.
• MOVA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or compromised Gift Cards, or for unauthorized use, except as required by applicable law.
• We are not obligated to replace or refund Cards that have been lost, stolen, or used without authorization, except where required by applicable law.
11. Fraud Prevention, Prohibited Conduct, and Enforcement
MOVA reserves the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or hold for review any Gift Card or Gift Card transaction in cases where we reasonably determine or suspect:
• Fraud, forgery, or unlawful activity;
• Mistake, error, or system malfunction;
• Issuance in an incorrect denomination;
• Violation of applicable law, these Terms, or applicable MOVA policy;
• Obtaining a Gift Card through unauthorized distributors, resellers, or by fraudulent means;
• Use of related accounts, duplicate accounts, or other abusive conduct to obtain, redeem,or use Gift Cards.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
• Reselling Gift Cards for cash or other consideration outside of MOVA's authorized channels or without MOVA's prior authorization;
• Using automated scripts, bots, or other fraudulent means to obtain Promotional Gift Cards;
• Abusing promotional campaigns to receive multiple Promotional Gift Cards in excess of reasonable household or per-person limits;
• Using Gift Cards for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, promotional, or commercial purposes;
• Any other fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or manipulative conduct that undermines the integrity of the Gift Card program.
If we reasonably determine or suspect that a Gift Card or Gift Card transaction has been obtained, issued, redeemed, used, or applied in violation of these Terms, applicable law, any applicable MOVA policy, or applicable promotional terms, or is affected by fraud, forgery, abuse, mistake, error, system malfunction, incorrect issuance, or other circumstances that may compromise the integrity of the Gift Card program, we may, at our reasonable discretion and without prior notice:
• Deactivate, cancel, or revoke the Gift Card and its balance;
• Suspend or terminate your MOVA account;
• Cancel any pending orders placed using the Gift Card;
• Prohibit future participation in MOVA's promotional or Gift Card programs.
You are responsible for all activities conducted using your Gift Card or associated MOVA account. MOVA will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from fraudulent or unauthorized use of a Gift Card, except as required by applicable law.
12. Privacy
We collect and process your personal data (such as name, email, and transaction history) to issue, redeem, manage, and administer Gift Cards. Our data handling practices are described in our [Privacy Policy] and are subject to applicable privacy and data protection laws.
13. Amendments and Termination
• MOVA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Gift Card program or these Terms at any time, subject to applicable law. Unless otherwise specified, changes will become effective as of the "Last Updated" date. Where required by law, we will provide reasonable advance notice.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, your continued use of a Gift Card after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• Upon termination of the Gift Card program, Gift Cards shall remain valid in accordance with their respective expiration provisions set forth in Section 3, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
