Easy to set up and customize, mops great, vacuums well. Not too loud except for the auto-empty. Super easy to clean hair off the roller. Only complaints is it struggles getting pet hair off some carpets, and I wish it came with an extra mop pad. The vacuum can get stuck on rugs if you remove the mop pad to clean it.

I’ve been burned before as an early adopter, so I held off on robot vacuums until last year, when I finally bought the S10+—a model that’s now discontinued. Essentially, it’s the S10 Plus Dock with auto‑empty. I couldn’t sell myself on most brands, but I could sell myself on Mova.

For context, I loved my cordless Shark and still think it’s a fantastic vacuum. But I love not vacuuming and mopping even more.

Here’s my routine: before I leave for work, I toss the bath mats into the laundry room, prop up one chair and a tray table in the bedroom, make sure the floors are clear (they always are), and head out. Sometime during the day, I open the Mova app and either run a full clean or a zoned clean of the theatre, hallway, bonus room, and kitchen—the areas I use most. Then I come home to immaculate floors.

The vacuum lines on the carpet are gorgeous. There’s nothing better than walking into a perfectly groomed space.

And while robot mop systems are getting a little wild these days, this one—with its “moisten, vibrate, and swing” system—actually works. It cleaned a dried coffee spot and even a smushed, dried bug off my bathroom floor. I was fully prepared to handle those manually, but this little guy handled it without hesitation.

LiDAR has completely changed the game for robot vacuums. Yes, it’s the same tech that powers Waymo’s self‑driving cars. The mapping is precise, reliable, and fast.

After more than a year of use, I can say this unit is genuinely impressive. It’s smart, consistent, and has made my daily routine noticeably easier.

We love our MOVA. Not sure how we lived without it! Quiet, thorough, a super invention ... nothing we would change about it. Just wish it could do stairs!
