It does the job, but not amazing.

It does the job, but not as well as I expected. The mapping feature struggled—my room wasn’t scanned properly, and even after multiple attempts, it still missed corners. I had to manually place it to get a proper scan.

The noise is also quite loud, so I can only run global cleaning when I’m not home. It tends to be overly cautious: instead of bumping lightly into furniture to clean edges, it often stops or turns away, leaving many areas untouched.

The dock got dirty after just two uses, so I had to clean it manually, which feels like extra work. Overall, this isn’t a good buy if you’re looking for a truly hands-off robot. I’d suggest either investing in a higher-end model (around $999) for a real hands-free experience, or going with a cheaper option where you expect to do more manual upkeep. This one sits in an expensive middle ground without delivering enough convenience.

Love the machine!

This machine is wonderful. I come home from work to clean floors and a fresh smell. It has done a wonderful job cleaning up my yarn pieces that fall to the floor during my craft projects. I am so thankful to have found this product.

Love the Mova S20 Ultra

I got this for the office so I do not have to sweep and mop any more, and couldn't be happier. Saves me about 2 hours a week. This machine does it all, it vacuums, mops and cleans it self. Highly Recommend!!!
