8. Redemption Method: For prizes other than gift cards, MOVA sends discount codes via automatic pop-up and email. Physical prizes are obtained by placing a $0 order using the discount code provided by MOVA. For gift card prizes, MOVA issues the corresponding discount code via an email: gifts@mail.rise-ai.com.

9. Real-Time Check: Won coupons, gift cards, and discount codes for physical prizes will be sent to winners via email. Winners can check their inbox for emails from a @MOVA-suffix address.

10. Prize Restrictions: Coupons obtained through lucky draws are single-use (each can only be applied once per order). These coupons cannot be used to purchase gift cards, and they are valid for 30 days. The validity period of gift cards is 60 days from the date of issuance.

11. Points Rules: Points used in the draw are non-refundable. The earning, use, and expiration of MOVA Points are governed by the MOVA Membership Points Terms and Conditions.

Terms: MOVA reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel this promotion where necessary due to fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond MOVA's reasonable control that affect the integrity or proper operation of this promotion, or as otherwise required by applicable law. In case of any malicious behavior, including but not limited to repeated registrations with duplicate email addresses, use of scripts for multiple draws, order fraud, or other fraudulent or abusive conduct, MOVA reserves the right to terminate participation, disqualify participants, recover prizes awarded in violation of these Official Rules, and recover any losses.

If a user requests a partial return after purchasing a Bundle combination, the system will recalculate the applicable discount based on the number of items the user actually keeps (not returned) and refund the difference accordingly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

• Keep 3 or more items: Still enjoys the 8% extra Bundle discount.
• Keep 2 items: Discount is downgraded and recalculated at the 6% extra Bundle discount.
• Keep 1 item: No longer eligible for any Bundle discount (discount reset to zero; items are recalculated at their individual promotional prices).

Refund amount calculation formula:

Refund amount = Total amount actually paid for the order - Amount payable for retained items

(Note: Amount payable for retained items = Sum of individual promotional prices of retained items - Recalculated Bundle discount amount corresponding to the number of retained items.)
