1. Registration Rewards (Nov 6 – Dec 1)

• Register on the official forum OR sign up for a website membership to receive 2,000 loyalty points for each action.
• A maximum of 4,000 points can be earned per user.
• Forum points are distinct from the points within the main website. If you have any questions regarding the use of forum points, please contact customer service.

2. Check-in Challenge (Nov 6 – Nov 19)

• Check in on the activity page for a total of 5 days (consecutive or non-consecutive) to receive a $20 no-threshold coupon.
• Users who check in for 5 days will automatically receive a coupon in the check-in section of the event page.

3. Pre-sale Double Points (Nov 6 – Nov 19)

Earn double loyalty points on all orders placed during the Pre-sale Period.

4. Pre-sale Limited-Time Bundles (Nov 6 – Nov 19)

• Specified product bundles will be offered at an additional 5% discount.
• Bundle discounts can be combined with a spend-and-gift offer and one standard discount coupon (e.g., check-in coupon, Influencers code) per order.
• The number of bundles is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. This discount is auto-applied at checkout.

5.Pre-sale Influencers Codes (Nov 6 – Nov 19)

• An exclusive $20 discount code will bedistributed for the V50 model.
• A general 5% discount code will be distributed,valid on all categories except the V50 and accessories.
• Influencers codes can be combined with a bundle discount and a spend-and-gift offer per order.
• Partner Influencers/affiliates will distribute discount codes through their own marketing channels, which can be used on our official website.

6.Accessories Flash Sale (Nov 6 – Nov 19)

• All accessories will be available at a special price, ranging from $5 to $10.
• Limited stock available; offers are first-come,first-served.

7.Pre-sale Spend-and-Gift Offers (Nov 6 – Nov 19)

• Spend $800 or more in a single order to receive a free S1 vacuum cleaner.
• Spend $1,500 or more in a single order to receive a free S20U.
• The free gift is subject to the standard 30-day no-reason return policy.
• Order Calculation: The thresholds ($800/$1,500) are based on the actual payment amount after all discounts, including only the product price (excluding taxes and shipping).
• Spend-and-gift offers can be combined with a standard discount coupon (e.g., check-in coupon, Influencers code) and a bundle
  discount per order.
• Quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Free Gift Policy:

• If you return the entire order, you must return the free gift to receive a full refund.
• If you return only part of the order, the refund amount will be calculated as: (Promotional price of returned items) –(Value of the free gift).
• If you exchange for a product of equal value, you may keep the free gift.
• The value of the paid order (e.g., $800 or $1,500) determines the corresponding free gift. If a single order exceeds $1,500, the customer may choose the S1 vacuum as the free gift but must contact customer service to arrange the change. If the order has already been shipped, the free gift cannot be changed.
• Free gifts are covered by the standard warranty and exchange policy.
• One free gift per qualifying order.
• Shipping costs for free gifts are borne by the seller (MOVA).

8. Official Sale Direct Discounts (Nov 20 – Dec 1)

All products will receive direct price reductions, with maximum savings of up to $600. No coupon code is required.

9.Review Rewards (Full Promotion Period)

• Submit one product review with text and a picture to receive 2,000 loyalty points. Participation is optional.
• We encourage you to share your honest thoughts about the product in your review. Loyalty points will be credited to your account within 3 days.
• Limited to one reward per user for the duration of the promotion.

10. 30-Day Price Protection (For orders placed Nov 6 – Dec 1)

• Orders placed between November 6 and December 1, 2025, are eligible for our 30-day price protection policy.
• If you find a lower price on an identical product at another authorized channel after your purchase, you may contact our customer service for a price difference refund.
• Price protection requests must be submitted to customer service no later than December 31, 2025.
• Accessories are not eligible for price protection.

Requirements & Notes:

• The lower-priced product must be identical in model, color, and specifications.Only prices from authorized channels are eligible.
• Price protection requests must be submitted to customer service within 30 days of your order date.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
• Promotional discounts, bundle offers, or clearance pricing on other platforms may not be eligible.

11. Coupon Stacking Rules

Only one coupon can be used per order.

• Only one standard discount coupon (e.g.,check-in coupon, Influencers code) can be used per order.
• One standard discount coupon can be combined with a Bundle Discount and a Spend & Gift offer per order.

• By participating in this promotion, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and all applicable laws and regulations
• All dates and times in these Official Rules are in Pacific Standard Time (PST).
• Coupon Validity: All coupons issued during this promotion are valid from November 6, 2025, until December 1, 2025. Expired codes will not be reissued, exchanged, or honored.
• Points, coupons, and codes aretypically issued in real-time or within 3 days after a qualifying action is completed. Please note that all submissions and activities are subject to verification. The Sponsor reserves the right to review any activity and, in its sole discretion, disqualify any participant or revoke any awarded points,coupons, or codes for fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant behavior.
• The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion in the event of any cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this promotion. Any changes will be communicated on the official promotion page where practicable.
