1.1 Unactivated Card: If the card remains unactivated, you may contact our Customer Service team at support@mova-tech.com to request a full refund to your original payment method.
1.2 Activated but Unused Card: If the card has been activated but no transactions have occurred (please provide records showing the balance has not changed), you may contact customer support for a full refund to your original payment method.
1.3 Activated and Partially Used Card: If the card has been activated and partially used, refunds for remaining balance are not supported, except as described in Section 1.5 below.
1.4 Special Case: For stored-value cards used to purchase MOVA products that meet return conditions (such as unopened items or quality issues), refunds will be issued as a balance to the original stored-value card. Cash refunds are not available, except as described in Section 1.5 below. But you can continue to use the remaining balance.
1.5 Refunds for Remaining Balances: You can contact our Customer Service team to request a refund of your remaining balance in accordance with applicable laws. For example, if your balance is less than US$5 (or US$10 for California users), we will process a refund. Please note that refunds are only provided as required by law; any remaining balance beyond this may be applied toward future purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash unless legally mandated.

If your card code was not generated after payment, or if the balance did not reflect after activation, please provide your transaction records. We will issue a full refund or reissue the balance, without any additional charges.

Once activated, stored-value cards are linked solely to the first MOVA account they are bound to and are intended for use by the original purchaser only. Balance transfers across different accounts are not supported.

• Unactivated cards without proof of purchase (order number or payment confirmation) cannot be refunded.
• Cards obtained through free channels such as gifting or forum promotions are non-refundable.

We prioritize the security of your funds. Once activated, your stored-value card balance will be stored in your account and can be used to purchase MOVA products currently available for sale on https://us.mova.tech/ . The balance remains in your account indefinitely.

MOVA is not responsible for replacing any lost or stolen stored-value cards. MOVA shall not be liable for: (i) any loss or theft of a stored-value card; (ii) any use of a stored-value card by a third party through your account; or (iii) any disclosure of the card number or PIN by you to others. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account and for maintaining the security of your stored-value card information and account credentials.

Q: Can I use coupons when buying or using a MOVA gift card?A: The rules are different for purchasing a gift card versus using one:

• When PURCHASING a gift card: You cannot use any coupons or promotional codes. The gift card is treated as a final product.
• When USING a gift card to pay for an order: You can apply one coupon or promotional code to that order. However, please note that only one coupon can be used per order.

An account can bind multiple gift cards. There is no limit on the number, but a maximum upper limit on the amount. The maximum binding amount for one account is 10,000 USD
