1. Program Period: February 1st to May 31(st), PST 2026
Eligibility

The Program is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old or meet the minimum age required by their place of residence, whichever is higher, at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate.

2. Core Program Model: "Free Trial, Pay If Satisfied"

This Program operates on a "Free Trial, Pay If Satisfied" model.

By enrolling, you expressly understand and agree that:

• Eligible participants will receive one (1) MOVA Z60 Ultra Roller Complete
for a 30-day free trial period.

• If you complete the required creative tasks within the trial period and comply with all submission, disclosure, and content guidelines. You may keep the product for free.

• If you are not satisfied with the product during the 30-day trial period, you may contact MOVA customer support and request early withdrawal and return instructions. Upon timely return of the product in accordance with MOVA’s instructions, no payment will be charged.

Upon successful submission of the application form, provision of your payment information, and acceptance of the payment service provider’s agreement or terms, you expressly authorize MOVA to securely store your provided payment method on file and perform a $0 authorization solely to verify its validity. No funds will be charged or placed on hold at this stage.
The actual charge will only be processed after Trial period. Although the payment interface may display a monthly charge of $1,099, only one charge will actually occur, and there will be no recurring or additional charges thereafter.

• If you fail to complete the tasks and do not return the product by the end of the trial period, you expressly authorize MOVA to initiate payment authorization and capture USD $1099 (the approximate retail value of the Z60 product) after the expiration of the 30-day trial period.

• Eligibility: Open to new applicants for the Z60. Priority is given to first-time Z60 applicants.

• Entry Process:

Step1: Submit Application: Complete and submit the official application form.

Step2: Internal Review: MOVA will review applications at its sole discretion based on criteria such as community points, payment history, and eligibility requirements. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection for participation in the program.

Step3: Notification: Results will be emailed within 7 business days by email (na.official.site@mova-tech.com)

Step4: Agreement & Authorization: Selected participants must accept the payment service provider’s agreement or terms and provide a valid payment method which will be securely stored on file for verification and potential future billing purposes only. MOVA may perform a $0 authorization transaction solely to verify payment method validity.

Step5: Product Receipt: Upon successful authorization, you will receive the Z60 Ultra Roller Complete Robot Vacuum based on the address you provided in application form, to start your trial.

A. Trial & Payment Authorization

• Trial Period: 30 days from the date the participant receives the product or is deemed to have received it, as determined by tracking information or similar delivery confirmation methods.

• Payment Authorization:Upon successful submission of the application form, provision of your payment information, and acceptance of the payment service provider’s agreement, you authorize MOVA to securely store your provided payment method on file and perform a $0 authorization solely to verify its validity.

• Automatic Charge: If you do not qualify for the free keep (see Task Rules) AND do not successfully return the product (see Return Rules) by the end of the trial, you expressly authorize MOVA to initiate payment authorization and capture of USD $1099 (the approximate retail value of the Z60 product) after the expiration of the 30-day trial period.

B. Task Rules (To Keep Product for Free)

To be eligible to keep the Z60 for free, you must successfully complete all required tasks outlined below within your 30-day trial period.

• Task Requirements
Publish 5 image posts and 3 video posts across the designated platforms (see Submission Guidelines below).

• Content Requirements:

• Text: Minimum 50 words per post.

• Images: Minimum 2 high-quality images per image post.

• Video: Minimum 30 seconds per video, must include verbal explanation and ideally feature real persons/pets. Participants must obtain all necessary permissions and releases from any individuals or pet owners appearing in the video to avoid infringement issues.

• Media: All content must be original, truthful, non-repetitive, and clearly show the Z60 in a real-use setting (e.g., living room, kitchen).

• Outstanding Creator Benefit: Participants who successfully complete all required tasks within the trial period will earn the Z60 for free.

• Authorized Submission Guidelines:
        Tasks must be completed only via the following two official channels

• Primary Channel: MOVA Forum
Register and make a thread under EVENTS →#‘GetYourZ60’ section of the official MOVA forum. (https://us.forum.mova-tech.com).

• Secondary Channel:MOVA Instagram
You must  follow the official MOVA Instagram account(https://www.instagram.com/movatech.usa/)
mention/@ the official account in your public post.  
Each post must include the hashtags: #GetYourZ60, #Z60URC and in your captions.

• Mandatory Channel Rule for Private Accounts

• The use of Instagram is permitted only if your instagram account is set to PUBLIC. If your account is private, you are required to use the MOVA Forum for all task submissions. Submissions from a private Instagram account will not be accepted or reviewed.
Disclosure Requirement:

All content created under this program must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection with MOVA, in compliance with U.S. rules. Examples include “#sponsored” or platform disclosure tools.

• UGC Authorization

By submitting content to the official MOVA forums, including, not limited to images, videos, text, or other media (“UGC”) as part of this program, you grant MOVA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your UGC within MOVA’s official platforms, including live streaming or other internal promotional purposes

.• Program Benefit & Compliance

Outstanding Creator Benefit: Participants who successfully and completely fulfill all requirements within the 30-day trial period will earn their Z60 unit free of charge.

• 

Completion of tasks via an authorized channel is mandatory. Failure to comply with any rule, including channel selection, content requirements, or disclosure, may result in invalid submission and forfeiture of the free product benefit.

• 

All submissions are subject to verification by the MOVA team, whose decisions regarding eligibility and completion are final.

• Return Period: You may return the Z60 for any reason, free of charge, within the 30-day trial period.

• Return Process: You must formally request a return by contacting support@mova-tech.com  with your legal name. Credit card information, shopify order number and product SN number to apply for cancellation and submit a return authorization. Simply stopping use or not contacting support is not a valid cancellation.

• Return Conditions: Returned products must be in original condition, undamaged, with all accessories and packaging

• Deadline: The return request must be successfully submitted by 23:59 on the 30th day of your trial. If the product is not returned and the required tasks are not completed by this deadline, it shall be deemed acceptance of the product and constitute your express authorization for MOVA to charge USD $1099 to your provided payment method.

• Refunds: No refunds will be issued for charges processed after the trial period if a valid return was not completed within the trial window. Exceptions may be considered only for proven system errors.

5. General Terms

• Payment Verification: A $0 authorization may be performed during registration to validate your payment method.

• Failed Charge: If the $1099 charge fails on Day 36, MOVA will notify you; you must then complete payment or initiate a return immediately. Failure to do so may result in additional collection actions.

MOVA will not charge any additional processing or handling fees beyond the USD $1099 product charge. However, your card issuer or bank may impose separate fees, including foreign transaction or currency conversion fees, which are solely your responsibility.

• Anti-Fraud: Limited to one trial per person, payment method, device, or IP address. Fraudulent activities (e.g., multiple fake accounts, reselling trial units) will result in  blacklisting and potential legal action.

• Content Compliance: By participating, you agree that any content you submit is original, does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights, and complies with all applicable laws. MOVA may disqualify participants or remove content for violations.

• Modification & Interpretation: MOVA reserves the right to reasonably modify, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Any material updates will be posted on the Program page and will be effective as of the date posted, unless otherwise specified. These rules shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
