Promotional Offer Terms (Non-Contest Activities)
The offers described in this Section A are promotional offers only and are not part of the Sweepstakes described in Section B.
Promotional Offers under this Section A are open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of participation.

All promotional offers described in Section A are only valid during the applicable Promotion Period unless otherwise stated.
Eligible products participating in the Summer Sale are offered at prices that are no higher than the lowest transaction price available on the official MOVA US online store during the previous sixty (60) days, subject to the exclusions listed below.
Price comparisons are based on MOVA's records of transaction prices on the official MOVA US online store and calculated using a consistent pricing methodology, including all standard promotional discounts automatically applied at checkout.
The 60-Day Lowest Price Offer excludes:
• Clearance products;
• Open-box products;
• Employee pricing;
• Affiliate-exclusive discounts;
• Third-party marketplace pricing;
• Pricing errors;
• Other special pricing not generally available to the public.
During the Preheat Period, customers who subscribe to the newsletter through the Summer Sale landing page will be eligible to receive 2,000 MOVA Points.
A subscription is deemed successful when a customer enters a valid email address in the subscription form on the Summer Sale landing page and submits the form.
Limit one (1) reward per customer account.
MOVA reserves the right to verify eligibility before issuing rewards.
Points have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged.
5. Complimentary Seel Shipping Protection
Eligible orders placed on the official MOVA online store during the Promotion Period will automatically receive complimentary Seel Shipping Protection.
No promotional code is required.
Coverage and claims administration are provided solely by Seel under Seel's applicable terms and conditions.
MOVA is not responsible for claim determinations made by Seel.
Customers may elect to use Klarna financing during checkout, subject to Klarna’s eligibility and approval requirements.
Available financing options may include:
• 6-Month Installment Plan with 0% APR (subsidized by MOVA);
• 12-Month Installment Plan subject to Klarna's standard financing terms.
Financing approval, applicable interest rates, repayment terms, and all related obligations are determined solely by Klarna.
MOVA makes no guarantee regarding financing eligibility, approval outcomes, or the availability of any financing option, and is not responsible for Klarna’s credit decisions or financing terms.
Eligible customers may receive promotional gifts based on qualifying order value, subject to availability
Gift tiers are as follows:
Gifts are available while supplies last and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Quantities are limited.
Customers are eligible only for the highest qualifying gift tier per order.
Gift tiers are not cumulative and may not be combined.
If a promotional gift becomes unavailable, MOVA reserves the right, at its discretion, to substitute a gift of equal or greater value.

Accessory discounts may not be combined with other accessory-specific promotional offers unless expressly stated.
During the Official Event Period and Extended Sale Period, eligible bundle purchases may receive special bundle pricing.
Bundle pricing reflects a discounted purchase price compared to purchasing the included products separately.
Bundle discounts:
• may be combined with eligible coupon promotions unless otherwise stated;
• are available only while supplies last;
• require no promotional code;
• are automatically applied at checkout.
Bundle contents, participating products, and applicable discount rates are determined solely by the product page at the time of purchase.
Bundle contents may be modified without prior notice.
Bundle products may not be partially returned.
If a customer returns only part of a bundle purchase, MOVA reserves the right to recalculate the applicable bundle discount and adjust the refund accordingly based on the difference between the bundle price and the standalone price of retained items..
Customers participating in designated MOVA livestream campaigns may be eligible for promotional benefits.

Unless otherwise stated:

Upon successful submission, participants will receive one (1) opportunity to spin the promotional prize wheel and instantly learn whether they have won a prize. The Spin-to-Win mechanism operates as a game of chance within a predefined prize pool with limited quantities.
Submission of an email address may be used for sending promotional emails related to MOVA marketing communications. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time after entry without affecting their eligibility to participate or their chances of winning.

Release & Limitation of Liability
MOVA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time, to the extent permitted by law. Any significant changes will be reflected in the Official Rules and will not affect winners who have already been selected.
In the event of any discrepancies or technical issues, MOVA’s decision regarding the administration, operation, and outcome of the Promotion shall be final, subject to applicable law.
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless MOVA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Information collected from you is subject to MOVA’s Privacy Policy. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and will be used for administering the Promotion, fulfilling prizes, and for any other purposes disclosed in the Privacy Policy or permitted by applicable law.
By entering, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your information for these purposes.
General Conditions
All dates and times in these Official Rules are in Pacific Standard Time (PDT).
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law or at MOVA’s sole discretion.
Each prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income. During the Sweepstakes and to receive any prize, winner may be required, upon request, to provide MOVA with eligibility and compliance statements, a release, and any other documents to meet tax reporting and withholding obligations.
Any attempt to enter multiple times, including through use of multiple email addresses, aliases, automated methods, or other fraudulent means, will result in disqualification.
MOVA reserves the right to disqualify individuals engaging in any suspected fraudulent or unethical behavior, including manipulation of the prize mechanism.
MOVA reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond MOVA’s reasonable control impairs the integrity, fairness, or proper administration of the Promotion..
All participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of MOVA, which are final and binding, in all matters relating to the Promotion, subject to applicable law.
MOVA reserves the right to verify all entries for eligibility and authenticity and to take any actions it deems necessary to maintain the integrity of the Promotion.
