Amazing robot vacuum/mop with a few hiccups

This vacuum has a learning curve or at least in my case it did. I tried to set it up in a room that has carpet and the robot would never dock or even try to dock with the base. I tried it in multiple rooms that have carpet and even placed it in the middle of a room and it would not dock. Anywhere in my house that does not have carpet, it works perfectly and docks with ease. Mapping is a breeze as is room setup. Object avoidance is 98% perfect but some of my dark wood furniture it won't see and bumps into. It also has trouble detecting where the wall/carpet meet and often it will just sit there trying to figure out what to do. The mopping feature is exceptional and being able to vacuum and mop at the same time! Wow! So overall I love the mop but it does have a learning curve. It has a few issues with thick carpet and pad but on hardwoods/tile it just cleans without issue.

The Pet Owner Focused on Hygiene

No More Pet Hair & Odors! This Thing is a Powerhouse.

We have two cats, and the struggle with litter tracking and hairballs was real. The 28,000Pa suction on this device is no joke �C it picks up everything in one pass. The Anti-Tangle DuoBrush is a lifesaver; I haven't had to cut a single hair out of the rollers yet. But the real winner for me is the mopping system. The Dirty Water Recovery feature ensures it's always using clean water, so my floors are genuinely clean, not just damp. I use the deodorizing solution in the dedicated container, and for the first time, my house doesn't have that faint "pet smell." Knowing that the base station heats the water to 80��C to disinfect the mop head gives me so much peace of mind regarding bacteria. It��s not just cleaning; it's sanitizing.

This robot vacuum and mop has exceeded all my expectations. The suction is incredibly effective on both carpets and hard floors. What really sets it apart is the roller mop, which does a fantastic job of actually scrubbing the floor, not just lightly wiping it. Very happy with the purchase.
