Sent Broke/ Used Machine and Won’t Replace it

On first chargeout of box it doesn’t release the water I put in. I emailed back and forth several times after calling customer service and then get a random email that says I never responded. All my neighbors, family, friends and colleagues were waiting to see how this K30 works. I had bad news for them. Guess I won’t be getting this for mom for Christmas. Terrible people that ignored my pleas for a return. I should have listened to other reviewers but I just thought maybe they weren’t telling the full story. Very regretful. And yes I did everything correctly. They passed a dud on to me from someone else. Or they’re in the business of not caring their machines don’t work. SNAKE OIL BEWARE!!!
