Try Now, Pay Later Program – Official Rules
By providing your payment information and confirming your participation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules
1. Program Overview
This Program allows eligible customers to receive an eligible product with $0 upfront payment, subject to payment method authorization and compliance with these Official Rules.
You may try the product during the trial period for 30 days starting from the date of delivery.
If you do not return the product within the trial period, you will be automatically charged the full product price plus applicable taxes using your authorized payment method.
If you return the product within the trial period, you will not be charged.
Participation requires completing a payment authorization step at checkout.
2. Eligibility
The Program is open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher, at the time of participation.
MOVA reserve the right to decline participation based on fraud prevention checks or payment method verification results.
3. Eligible Products
The following products are eligible for this Program:

4. Payment Authorization and Core Terms – “Try Now, Pay Later”
By providing your payment information and completing the authorization step at checkout, you expressly acknowledge, agree and expressly authorize MOVA to proceed under the following terms:
$0 Upfront Authorization: You will not be charged at the time of participation. A $0 authorization may be performed solely to verify that your payment method is valid. No funds will be charged or held at this time.
The product will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout upon successful completion of payment authorization. Please ensure that your shipping address matches your billing address, as the product will be delivered based on the billing information provided.
30-Day Trial : You may use the product for its intended purpose during a 30-day trial period, which begins on the date of delivery (as confirmed by carrier tracking).
Free Returns: You may return the product for any reason within the 30-day trial period at no cost. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided upon approval. Please ensure timely return shipping after approval.
Conditional One-Time Charge Authorization: You expressly authorize MOVA to automatically charge your selected payment method, without any further action required from you, a one-time payment equal to the full product price plus applicable taxes if you do not return the product within the 30-day trial period.
This charge will be processed after the trial period ends, and you acknowledge that this authorization constitutes your advance, informed, and ongoing consent to such charge under these conditions.
No Subscription / No Recurring Charges: This Program is a one-time purchase model. You will not be enrolled in any subscription, installment plan, or recurring billing arrangement, and no recurring charges will apply.
If any payment interface by a third-party payment processor displays terminology such as “monthly charge” or “subscription,” this reflects standardized labeling used by the payment processor’s interface and does not reflect the terms of this Program.
5. Return / Cancellation Rules
Return Period: You may initiate a return of the product for any reason, free of charge, within the 30-day trial period. Return requests submitted after the trial period will not be accepted.
How to Return: To initiate a return, contact customer support at support@mova-tech.com. Upon approval, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
Return Conditions: Returned products must be in reasonable condition, free from damage caused by misuse or neglect, and include all original accessories and packaging. Normal wear and tear resulting from reasonable use and product testing will not affect eligibility for return.
All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt. If the return meets the return conditions stated above, MOVA will process the return and issue a refund to the original payment method (where applicable) after inspection is completed. If the product does not meet the return conditions, MOVA reserves the right to reject the return, apply a partial charge, or reduce the refund amount to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Return Deadline & Billing Condition: If you initiate a return request within the 30-day trial period, the product must be received by MOVA before the end of the 30-day trial period to avoid being charged. If the returned product is not received by MOVA within the 30-day trial period, MOVA reserves the right to process the conditional one-time charge of the full product price plus applicable taxes, as previously authorized by you at checkout.
Post-Trial Returns:
If a return initiated within the trial period is received after the 30-day trial period, MOVA will still process the return and inspection. Any applicable refund will only be issued after successful inspection.
6. Failed Charge
If the one-time charge cannot be successfully completed (including but not limited to insufficient funds, expired payment method, or invalid account details), MOVA may notify you and request an updated payment method.
If the payment issue is not resolved, MOVA reserves the right to suspend your eligibility to participate in future programs and/or handle any outstanding amounts in accordance with applicable law, which may include referral to a collection agency where permitted.
7. Shipping
Initial Shipment: MOVA provides free standard shipping for orders delivered to addresses within the contiguous US and Canada. Additional fees (if any) may apply for remote areas or expedited shipping options. Any such fees will be disclosed at checkout.
Return Shipping: Return shipping is free of charge. MOVA will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns.
8. General Terms
Trial Limit: Each individual, payment method, and shipping address may participate in one (1) active trial per product model at any given time. Multiple or duplicate orders may be reviewed and canceled in accordance with these Official Rules.
Fraud & Abuse: Any fraudulent or abusive activity, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, reselling trial units, or attempting to circumvent the one-trial limit, may result in disqualification from participation in the Program and suspension of access to future programs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Modification & Termination: MOVA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time, subject to applicable laws. Any material changes will be posted on the Program page and become effective as of the date posting unless otherwise stated.
Governing Law: This Program and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware (for users residing in the United States) or the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable laws of Canada (for users residing in Canada, excluding Quebec), in each case without regard to conflict of law principles and subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Exclusive Jurisdiction: To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and MOVA agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Program shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware (for U.S. users) or in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario (for Canadian users). You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum, except where such waiver is not permitted by applicable law.
Class Action Waiver: To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and MOVA agree that each party may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
Conflict of Terms: In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and the Terms & Conditions, these Official Rules shall prevail solely with respect to participation in this Program.
