This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are, at the time of participation, at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher. Employees of the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, fulfillment, and advertising / promotion agencies, their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses), and anyone living in the same household of such individuals, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Failure to comply with these eligibility rules will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited.

Each discount code is valid for a single use only, limited to one discount code per order, and cannot be combined with any other discount code offer.
For the purposes of these Official Rules, “rewards” include the Early-Bird Price, $50 discount code, and 5% discount code. All rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash equivalent, except as required by law or at MOVA’s sole discretion.
Each participant is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including any taxes on the value of rewards received. During the Promotion and to receive any rewards, participants must provide MOVA, upon requested, with eligibility and compliance statements, a release, and any other required documents necessary to satisfy tax reporting and withholding obligations.
MOVA reserves the right to verify all participants for eligibility and authenticity, to disqualify any participant engaging in suspected fraudulent or unethical behavior , and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond MOVA’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.
All participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of MOVA, which are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
By participating, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless MOVA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any rewards, except where prohibited by law. This does not affect participantsr statutory rights u nder applicable consumer protection laws.
