1 . Registration Rewards

• Registering for the MOVA Forum (Forum page: MOVA Forum) or signing up for membership to receive 2,000 points each.
• A maximum of 4,000 points can be earned per user.

2. Double Points

• Double points on all orders placed during the promotion period.

3. Cashback

• During the promotion period, users will be evaluated based on objective criteria, and every seven days, one top-performing eligible user will receive a cashback of up to $100, issued as a refund to their order.
• If the order amount is less than $100, the cashback will equal the total order value.
• To ensure fairness and transparency, the list of users receiving cashback will be published on the official website.

4. Influencers Codes

• Influencers/affiliate Partners will distribute discount codes through their own marketing channels, which can only be used on our official website.
• An exclusive $20 discount code for the V50 model will be valid for 30 days from the date of receipt.
• Influencers codes can be combined with a bundle discount and a spend-and-gift offer per order.

5. Spend-and-Gift Offers

Offer Eligibility

Any single order of $2,000 or above placed on the official MOVA website during the promotion period are eligible to receive a $200 Gift Card.

Gift Card Issuance

• The Gift Card code will be automatically added to the cart once the qualifying amount is reached.
• After the order is confirmed, the Gift Card code will also be sent to the you registered email — please check your inbox.

Return and Exchange

(1) Full Return

• If you return the entire order, you must return the gift card to receive a full refund.
• If the Gift Card is not returned, your refund will be reduced by $200.

(2) Partial Return

• If you return part of the order, and the remaining order value after the return falls below the promotion threshold of $2,000, you will no longer be eligible for the gift card.
• The following rules apply:

If the Gift Card has not been used:

• Your refund will be reduced by $200; or
• You may return the unused Gift Card and receive a full refund for the returned items at the promotional price.

If the Gift Card has been used:

• Your refund for the returned items will be reduced by $200.
• If the refund amount is insufficient to cover the $200 value, no refund will be issued; only an exchange for a product of equal value will be offered.

(3) Exchange

If you exchange the product for another item of equal value, you may keep the Gift Card regardless of whether it has been used.
Usage Restrictions

• One Gift Card will be issued per qualifying order.
• Gift Cards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, credits, or substitute products.

6. Limited-Time Bundles

• Specified product bundles will be offered at an additional 5% discount.
• Bundle discounts can be combined with a spend-and-gift offer and one standard discount coupon (e.g. Influencers code) per order.
• The number of bundles is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. This discount is auto-applied at checkout.

7. Special Model Rebate Coupon

• Member users who purchase V50/P50PU/X4 PRO on the official MOVA website during the promotion period are eligible for the following rewards, based on the models:
• l Orders of V50 will receive a $20 coupon.
• l Orders of P50 PU will receive a $20 coupon.
• l Orders of X40 PRO will receive a $20 coupon.

You can get multiple coupons in one order, depending on how many machines you buy. But only one coupon can be used per order next time.

The coupon will be distributed via email, redeemable for your next purchase. The code is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt (and does not apply to accessories or gift cards).

8. Coupon Stacking Rules

• Only one coupon can be used per order.
• One standard discount coupon can be combined with a Bundle Discount or a Spend & Gift offer per order.

9. 30-Day Price Protection (For orders placed Dec 5 – Dec 24，2025 PST)

• Orders placed between December 5 and December 24, 2025, are eligible for our 30-day price protection policy.
• If you find a lower price on an identical product at another authorized channel after your purchase, you may contact our customer service for a price difference refund.
• The lower-priced product must be identical in model, color, and specifications.
• Price protection requests must be submitted to Customer Service within 30 days of receipt.
• Accessories are not eligible for price protection.
• Once confirmed, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
• Promotional discounts, bundle offers, or clearance pricing on other platforms may not be eligible.
